Our customer’s payment information is processed completely on these payment processors sides using a secure protocol and isn’t stored or collected by ModaViDance in any way.

If you do not feel satisfied with your order or any purchasing process, please allow us the opportunity to make things right. We stand behind our products and are proud to be your partner in choosing special attire for you.

Returns & Refunds

• Refund policy applies to Internet and phone orders. 

• If you wish to return your item for a refund or exchange they must be received back with us within 14 days of receiving the order. 

• Please let us know of your need to return your item before sending, contacting either by email service@modavidance.com or message to phone +1 (604) 552 3649. 

• The item/s must be returned to us in the same perfect condition that they were dispatched in with all packaging in tact including box, tissue paper etc. 

• Return post must be Express Post and paid by yourself. 

• If you are exchanging your item you will need to include an extra express bag when returning the original item. 

• Refunds will be given using the same method of payment originally used to purchase the goods. 

• Handbags may not be returned or exchanged.
